📝 How to Register for NMT-2025? 🎓

The Ministry of Education and Science together with the Ministry of Justice have approved an important document for applicants in 2025 – The Procedure for Registration for NMT-2025. How to register this year and what to pay attention to? ✅

Step 1: Creating an account 🖥️

All applicants must create an NMT participant account on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.

First stage of registration ✍️

Applicants have two ways to enter data:

  1. Automatically through “Diia” 📱 (the mobile application only).
  2. Manually fill out the form with the following data:
    • 👤 surname, first name, patronymic (if any);
    • 📅 date of birth;
    • 📄 ID document data;
    • 🔢 registration number of the taxpayer’s account card (RNTRC);
    • 🆔 unique record number in the Unified State Demographic Register (if available).

⚠️ Important! You also need to provide a valid phone number and email address.

Step 2: Selection of necessary options 📋

All applicants choose:

  • 🎓 category “current year graduate” or “previous years graduate”;
  • 📚 fourth subject:
    • 🧬 biology;
    • 🌍 geography;
    • 🌐 foreign language (English, German, Spanish, French optional);
    • 📖 Ukrainian literature;
    • ⚛️ physics;
    • 🧪 chemistry.
  • 🏙️ locality in Ukraine or abroad where the NMT will be taken;
  • 🗣️ language of examination (Ukrainian or languages of indigenous people or national minorities – Crimean Tatar, Polish, Romanian or Hungarian) – for applicants who are obtaining/have obtained education in the respective language.

💡 Tip: If you study in Ukraine or are abroad and continue to study remotely at a school in Ukraine and will obtain complete general secondary education this year — during registration, select “educational institutions of Ukraine” and provide a certificate from your place of study.

Step 3: Second stage of registration 📋

You need to provide information about registration documents in one of the following ways:

  1. 📱 Through electronic copies of digital documents (Diia).
  2. 📸 By uploading scanned copies/photocopies of documents (format .png/.jpg, size up to 1 MB).

Step 4: Application processing ⏳

After processing the documents, regional centers must report the results within:

  • ⏱️ 10 calendar days for the main registration period;
  • ⏱️ 10 working days for the additional period.

✅ If registration is successful, you will be able to generate an NMT-2025 participant certificate.

Step 5: Making changes 🔄

During the registration period and five calendar days after its completion, you can make changes in your personal account regarding:

  • 📚 optional subject;
  • 🏙️ locality for taking the NMT;
  • 🗣️ language of examination (with supporting documents);
  • ♿ need for special conditions;
  • 📆 need to take the NMT during additional sessions.

⚠️ Important! If you need to cancel the registration, this can be done during the registration period and ten working days after it.
