Conducting the UEE/UPEE abroad in 2025 📝

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has approved the list of foreign locations where the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) for admission to master’s and postgraduate programs and the Unified Professional Entrance Exam (UPEE) for admission to master’s programs will be established in 2025. ✅

The Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment has successfully coordinated with foreign partners the conduct of the entrance UEE and UPEE in European countries. 🤝

Where can you take the UEE/UPEE abroad? 🌐

According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 564 dated 10.04.2025, testing points will be established in 7 European countries and 15 cities: 🏙️

Latvia: Riga 🇱🇻
Bulgaria: Sofia 🇧🇬
Poland: Bydgoszcz, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow 🇵🇱
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: London 🇬🇧
Germany: Berlin, Jena, Munich 🇩🇪
France: Paris 🇫🇷
Czech Republic: Brno, Prague 🇨🇿

What exams can be taken in each city? 📚

According to the approved list, different types of testing are available in different cities:

The UEE/UPEE abroad will be held only during the main session. 📆
Registration for participation in the Master’s and PhD’s entrance exams will last from May 2 to May 23, 2025 inclusive. ⏰
The number of places for exams abroad is limited in accordance with the quotas provided by partners, so do not delay registration – contact us now to prepare all the necessary documents. 📋
If the registration quota is exhausted, the possibility of choosing a certain locality will be blocked. 🚫
